Well it seems I have gotten over my hissy fit from yesterday. Sometimes you just have to let things go when you have no control over them. It did take me a long time to get over the mare story. But I was able to take my anger out on mowing the farm. Mow I did;) I must say mowing to me lets me just stop and think and just keep going. Now my grass is happy and so are my horses;)
Today I am going to make up to more cats on the blog. One for My 2 yr old in training. She is not going to a sale she will go to the track. Second will be for Pye’s colt that will go to the Oct weanling sale. I just need to get some more stuff done on the farm before I tackle those 2 today. It should be fun though. Tracking there training and so forth.
I got a email from someone yesterday saying that they had read my blog. They were impressed about the breeding a Tb topic. How I kept it real and not all times was it rainbows and butterfly’s. So really that is why I have started this blog. Breeding Tb’s Racing them and prepping them is not for the faint of heart and here I will tell the real truth about all that goes on behind the scenes. But please know the reason I am telling the “real” truth is maybe there will be some change out there one day. I love my horses. I love this breed. I am thankful from the bottom of my heart that there are people out there like Canter http://www.canterusa.org/ ok now I cannot find the add a link button so there is there whole link. Please take the time to donate and support them. Remember Pye came from them. Well she came from a trainer that was listed on there site and i bought her. Same thing;) They also love this breed and love the off the track horses that give it there all and they give them a new job.
Off to get some work done. Until this afternoon…
